Stephanie Utz

Stephanie graduated from Towson University with her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2018. Stephanie found her love for supporting babies and pediatrics with developmental and feeding difficulties early on while completing clinical rotation and working in Nashville, TN. Since then, Stephanie has mentored colleagues and other professionals in the surrounding area as well as establishing her own practice, Small Steps, Big Leaps to provide services to families within our community. She received her certification in lactation counseling in 2023 to further support feeding dyads. Stephanie’s professional passions include supporting babies with torticollis and side preferences, breastfeeding and bottle feeding skills, feeding difficulties, and picky eaters birth to early childhood. Stephanie’s services are tear-free, play-based, individualized, and child-led. For individuals with muscle tension, Stephanie utilizes patient’s active engagement through the process rather than “stretching” techniques.
