Meredith Komar

RDH, BS, PHDHP

Meredith began her career in dental hygiene after graduating at the top of her class from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2019. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Sciences from Pennsylvania College of Technology, graduating magna cum laude in 2023. She holds a license as a Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner (PHDHP) in Pennsylvania, allowing her to expand access to care within her community.

Her interest in orofacial myofunctional therapy began in early 2023, and she is currently working toward certification through the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM). Meredith sees patients of all ages with a variety of myofunctional disorders. She has a particular passion for supporting those experiencing TMJ dysfunction and is trained in intraoral manual therapy techniques to help reduce orofacial pain. Her care is rooted in education, collaboration, and individualized treatment, and she is always aiming to help clients better understand and improve their oral function.

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors with friends, traveling with her husband, and caring for her two cats and her Goldendoodle, Remi.
