Do I need a referral to book a consultation?
No. Anyone can book a consultation directly. We also welcome referrals from dentists, orthodontists, ENTs, speech-language pathologists, and other providers.
Which office should I choose — York or Bird in Hand?
Pick whichever is most convenient. York serves York County; Bird in Hand serves Lancaster County families. Same standard of in-person care at both.
What happens after I submit this form?
A team member reaches out to schedule an in-person evaluation and answer questions. There is no pressure and no obligation — just a clear next step.

We don't accept insurance — but HSA and FSA cards are welcome, and we offer payment plans to keep care accessible.
